Our Root Foundations
Creation of the Libmanan Social Action Foundation Inc. (LISAFI) to anchor regional developmental programs.
Created into the Prelature of Libmanan Development Office (PLPDO) to serve directly as the Prelature’s dedicated socio-pastoral development operational arm.
PLDO was formally registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), officially taking the name of Prelature of Libmanan Development Foundation Inc. (PLDFI)
The Board unanimously approved the shifting of organizational nomenclature to Caritas Diocese of Libmanan, Inc. (CDL), cementing full structural integration with the global Caritas ecosystem network.
